2. Definitions

Service refers to the ViewPay website and platform.

User refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.

Advertisements refers to the promotional content displayed on the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify ViewPay of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ViewPay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Earning and Payments

Users can earn money by watching advertisements on the platform. The amount earned per advertisement may vary and is determined solely by ViewPay. ViewPay reserves the right to change the earning rates at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed according to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹200.
• All payments are subject to 18% GST deduction as per Indian tax laws.
• Withdrawals are processed within 7 business days after request.
• ViewPay reserves the right to verify user identity before processing payments.
• In case of suspected fraudulent activity, ViewPay may withhold payments pending investigation.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use automated systems or bots to watch advertisements.
• Create multiple accounts to increase earnings.
• Provide false information during registration.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
• Attempt to access areas of the Service not intended for users.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without payment of accumulated earnings.

6. Referral Program

Users may earn additional rewards by referring new users to the platform. Referral bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Referred users must register using the referrer's unique code.
• Referral bonuses are credited only after the referred user completes certain activities on the platform.
• ViewPay reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ViewPay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

ViewPay may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ViewPay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

ViewPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
